You can join, as well, Agropur's extended family in <b>Don Mills</b> as an <b>Industrial Millwright</b>!</p><p><b>What we offer:</b></p><li><p>Competitive Salary of <b>$47.59</b> per hour, and <b>night premiums</b>.</p></li><li><p>Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) - Receive <b>60 cents per hour worked</b> paid every 3 months.</p></li><li><p>Health coverage includes Life insurance, Prescription Drugs, Dental, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability coverage.</p></li><li><p>Uniforms and Safety Shoes: supplied by the Company.</p></li><li><p>Vacation 2 weeks per year from years 1-4, increasing to 3 weeks per year.</p></li><li><p>4 float days per year.</p></li><li><p>RSP: Company and employee matching contribution of 4.25% of their pay.</p></li><li><p>Tool allowance of <b>455$/year</b>.</p></li><p><b>What?s involved in the Milright role:</b> </p><li><p><b>Night shift</b> position - <b>10:30pm-7am</b>.</p></li><li><p>Reporting to Maintenance Supervisor, performing a variety of maintenance services.</p></li><li><p>Analyze mechanical problems; provide quick and innovative solutions for equipment breakdowns by applying proven skills, diagnosing problems and carrying out the repairs in a timely and efficient manner.</p></li><li><p>Perform inspections, preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance WO on all production equipment?s in an acceptable time frame.</p></li><li><p>Other specific duties might be included.</p></li><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><li><p>Minimum grade 12 High School Diploma with valid Canadian Industrial Millwright License.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3-5 year experience working as Industrial Maintenance Millwright in Manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Experience with machining shop tools, Stick Welding and Oxyacetylene torch.</p></li><p><b>Additional Requirements:</b></p><li><p>Must be able to work efficiently in resolving urgent issues.</p></li><li><p>Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, EMaint database system an asset).</p></li><li><p>Dairy processing experience an asset.</p></li><li><p>Work independently or in team with little to no supervision.</p></li><li><p>Good written and verbal communication skills in English.</p></li><li><p>Must also be familiar with WHMIS, GMP?s and good health and safety work practices.</p></li><li><p>Must have a positive ?Can Do Attitude? and customer focus.</p></li><li><p>Able to work various shifts.</p></li><p><b>We dairy you!
