<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>What you'll do:</p><p>Part 1: Customer Operations (2-3 hours/day)</p><p>• Answer incoming phone calls from customers and partners</p><p>• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally</p><p>• Enter and process customer orders per day using Odoo (full training provided)</p><p>• Process and record customer payments</p><p>• Apply cheque payments to customer accounts</p><p>• Support day to day office operations.</p><p> </p><p>Part 2: Business Growth (balance of the day)</p><p>• Assist with email marketing campaigns (product announcements, dealer updates,<br />newsletters)<br />• Support social media activity on LinkedIn and Facebook<br />• Conduct proactive outreach to existing customers (reorders, reviews, followups)<br />• Research new customer opportunities and potential distribution partners<br />• Help maintain and update product information and marketing materials</p></div>Company Description<div>Triumph Mobility is a Canadian company that designs and distributes premium mobility and<br/>accessibility products.
