*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Snowmaker to join our winter operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality snow surfaces to ensure optimal conditions for winter recreational activities. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to snow production and landscape maintenance. The Snowmaker will work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, contributing to the safety and enjoyment of our guests. *Responsibilities* * Operate snowmaking equipment efficiently to produce consistent snow coverage across designated areas. * Help maintain snowmaking system, hoses, and equipment. * Monitor weather conditions to maximize snow production. * Use hand tools and power tools for equipment repairs, adjustments, and general maintenance. * Perform routine equipment checks and follow all safety procedures. * Collaborate with team members to plan and execute snow production schedules effectively. *Qualifications* * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in cold conditions. * Comfortable working night shifts. Weekends, and holidays are required. * Strong understanding of safety procedures in outdoor winter environments. * Mechanical aptitude and equipment operation are an asset. * Previous snowmaking experience is an asset, but not required. Training is provided. * Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and equipment troubleshooting Pay: $21.00-$22.50 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 ? 60.0 per week Work Location: In person- Location Uxbridge, ON
