Job Responsibilities: 1. Plan, organize, direct and monitor the financial management activities of the clinic, including budgeting, financial planning and expenditure control. 2. Develop and maintain financial systems, procedures and tools for monitoring and analyzing the organization's financial performance. 3. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, P&L reports, budgets, forecasts and other financial management reports for senior management. 4. Manage and analyze therapist payments, salaries, billing, reconciliations and other financial transactions. 5. Coordinate and monitor insurance billing, payments, reconciliations and related financial activities. 6. Plan and control budgets for marketing, inventory, purchasing, vendors, staffing and other operating expenses. 7. Analyze revenue, expenses, operational efficiency and profitability, and recommend measures to improve financial performance. 8. Monitor financial obligations, recurring expenses, vendor payments and manpower costs to ensure effective allocation of financial resources. 9. Evaluate financial reporting and accounting processes and implement systems and controls to improve accuracy, efficiency and financial oversight. 10.Prepare periodic financial analyses and reports for senior management and provide recommendations regarding financial planning, cost management and profitability Pay: $58.00-$60.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Store discount Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * Canadian Working: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Vancouver, BC
