Responsibilities * Provide high-quality therapeutic, relaxation, or deep tissue massage treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Conduct focused assessments, review medical histories, and develop effective treatment plans. * Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client charting using the Jane App. * Educate clients on appropriate home-care exercises (stretching, strengthening, hydrotherapy). * Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional treatment room. Qualifications & Requirements * *Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing* with a recognized Alberta association (e.g., CRMTA, NHPC, MTAA). * Completion of a minimum *2,200-hour* massage therapy diploma program. * Active professional liability insurance. * *All experience levels are welcome!* New graduates are highly encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship from our senior team. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor. * Reliability and a commitment to patient care.
