What We Offer: * Competitive wages based on experience and performance * Full-time, year-round employment * Opportunities to advance within the company * A safe, respectful, and team-oriented work environment * Diverse project types to grow your skills * Supportive leadership and well-organized job sites We?re Looking For: * Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience (framing, finishing, or both) * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications * Strong understanding of Canadian building codes and safety regulations * High attention to detail and craftsmanship * Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation * Own basic hand tools (power tools are an asset) Bonus if you have: * Fall protection or other safety certifications * Supervisory or crew lead experience * Willingness to train apprentices or mentor junior carpenters Location: Based in Sydney, Nova Scotia Start Date: As soon as possible Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Experience: * Carpentry: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Sydney, NS
