This is a hands-on role that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and taking pride in doing a job well.</p><p>If you?re dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive work, and enjoy being part of a positive team environment, we?d love to hear from you!</p><p><em>We use AI-assisted tools to help identify and match applicants to our open roles. This may include reviewing resumes and suggesting potential matches. All final hiring decisions are made by humans.</em></p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><p>As an Egg Collector/Packer, you?ll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive fresh, high-quality quail eggs every day.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Collecting and handling quail eggs carefully</li><li>Inspecting and grading eggs according to quality standards</li><li>Removing eggs that do not meet quality requirements</li><li>Packaging and labelling finished egg products accurately</li><li>Maintaining clean and sanitary egg collection and packing areas</li><li>Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures</li><li>Performing other farm and production duties as required</li></ul><h3>About Spring Creek Quail Farms</h3><p>Spring Creek Quail Farms has been proudly family-owned and operated since 2002.</p><p>Our farm has grown from a small operation into one of the largest quail egg producers in North America.
