This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients? lives while working within a collaborative healthcare setting. *Responsibilities* * Assess patients? physical conditions through detailed evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations. * Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient?s needs, goals, and medical background. * Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote healing and functional improvement. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies. * Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology. *Requirements* * Valid registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. * New graduates are welcome to apply. We provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and a supportive environment to help you grow your career. * Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills. * Knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices and rehabilitation principles. * Experience or interest in treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports injuries, neurological, and post-surgical conditions is considered an asset. * Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription. * Ability to develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient goals and functional outcomes. * Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology, and pain management principles. * Knowledge of medical terminology and accurate clinical documentation. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate patients. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. * Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism and integrity. * Experience with vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, pelvic health, acupuncture, dry needling, or custom orthotics is an asset but not required. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
