*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting the overall distribution process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, safety, and precision are key to success. *Duties* * Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies * Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) * Operate equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks safely to load and unload trucks * Maintain accurate records of inventory movements * Ensure proper packaging standards are followed to protect products during transit * Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization within the warehouse * Support order fulfillment processes by efficiently picking orders with order pickers and preparing them for shipment * Load and unload trucks in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols *Skills* * Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or distribution centers * Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and order fulfillment procedures * Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately * Experience with e-commerce order picking, packaging, and load & unload activities * Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Shipper/Receiver and be part of a vibrant workplace where your skills help keep our operations running smoothly!
