<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Transport company looking for a full-time Heavy Duty Mechanic or 3rd-year apprentice!</strong></b></p><p><br /></p><p>Maintain service 8 trucks 30 trailers</p><p><br /></p><p>Maintain, diagnose, and repair the trucks, trailers, forklifts, hydraulic systems, and support equipment behind Quantum Equipment's crane, heavy-haul, and machinery-moving work.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair heavy trucks, trailers, forklifts, and field-support equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, braking, steering, suspension, and drivetrain concerns.</li><li>Complete preventive maintenance and correct deficiencies before equipment is dispatched.</li><li>Keep accurate service records and communicate repair priorities with operations and field crews.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow company and site safety procedures.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Qualifications</strong></b></p><ul><li>Relevant heavy-duty equipment, truck, trailer, or industrial maintenance experience.</li><li>Trade certification, apprenticeship training, and applicable licences are valued; include all current credentials with your application.</li><li>Experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, cranes, forklifts, or specialized trailers is an asset.</li><li>A practical, safety-first approach and the ability to work independently and with the wider crew.</li><li>Legal eligibility to work in Canada.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Schedule & location</strong></b></p><p>Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with overtime when project needs require. This position is stationed at Quantum Equipment's Calgary shop at 2725 Bonnybrook Place SE.</p></div></div>- Location Calgary, AB
