Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Manufacture and assemble in the factory the ducts for hot air heating, air conditioning and ventilation. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Measure and mark sheet metal according to template. Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape or straighten sheet metal. Grind and buff seams, joints and rough surfaces. Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification. Supervise other workers. Cut materials using power tools or by hand. Estimate costs and materials. Fit and join sheet metal parts. Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Employment terms options: Flexible hours.- Location Surrey, BCV3S 7X8
