We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at each stage of your career</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>I am looking for an accounts receivable clerk for a real estate group located in Saint-Eustache. <br> <br>Your duties will include <br>- Carry out monthly invoicing of rents <br>- Cash receipts <br>- Deposits <br>- Produce the 13th invoice <br>- Bank reconciliations <br>- Rent collection <br>- Manage leases <br>- Other related tasks</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>What we are looking for: <br>- Experience in the property sector <br>- Customer service skills <br>- Attention to detail <br> <br>What we offer: <br>- A 37.5-hour schedule with a summer schedule ending early on Fridays <br>-Annual Bonus <br>- Flexible group insurance paid 60% by the employer <br>- Long-term life and disability insurance <br>- 4 weeks' holiday (excluding construction)</p> <br><br>- Location Saint-Eustache, QC
