This role is central to helping Seniors and Long-Term Care strengthen oversight of major investments, service agreements, modernization initiatives, and sector performance across home care and long-term care. </span></div><div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">This is a strategic accountability leadership role. It requires a leader who is comfortable with numbers, evidence and analytical detail, but who can also step back to see the broader system story. The director will help senior leaders ask the right questions about performance, outcomes, risks, investments, provider obligations and improvement opportunities, and will help turn information into clear choices, practical advice and timely action. </span><br><br></div><div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">You will lead a multidisciplinary team that includes research and statistical resources, the interRAI and clinical assessment team, and related data and platform expertise.
