Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair and service interior prefabricated products. Determine layout and installation procedures. Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations. Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Supervise other workers. Utilize hand and power tools. Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
