This role sits at the intersection of finance and sales, you'll be a key analytical partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations, helping drive disciplined pricing decisions, rebate management, and clear visibility into customer and channel profitability. If you're a CPA with strong modeling skills who enjoys translating numbers into business insights and working closely with commercial teams, we'd love to tell you more.<br> <br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul>	<li>Act as a financial business partner to commercial and sales leadership, providing analysis that supports go-to-market decisions, customer negotiations, and deal structuring	<li>Build and maintain financial models that evaluate the margin impact of pricing strategies, promotional programs, and commercial initiatives	<li>Own the end-to-end management of customer rebate programs - from accrual calculations and master data maintenance to variance tracking and reconciliation	<li>Conduct ongoing margin analysis across products, customers, and distribution channels, surfacing trends and flagging risks or opportunities to leadership	<li>Contribute to monthly business planning cycles by preparing performance reporting and working alongside Sales to contextualize results and forecast implications	<li>Ensure revenue recognition and rebate accruals are handled accurately and in line with internal control requirements, in close coordination with the broader Finance team	<li>Develop dashboards and reporting tools that give commercial stakeholders clear, timely visibility into business performance	<li>Continuously look for ways to streamline and strengthen pricing processes, rebate workflows, and reporting infrastructure through better systems and automation	<li>Take on ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as business needs evolve</ul> <br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul>	<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field	<li>CPA designation (or actively working toward completion) preferred 	<li>3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or sales finance	<li>Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or B2B environments	<li>Advanced Excel skills with comfort working across large data sets and financial systems	<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights for non-finance stakeholders</ul> <br><strong>What Our Client Has to Offer:</strong><ul>	<li>Competitive salary ranging from $80,000–$95,000 + bonus + RRSP 	<li>High-impact role with direct exposure to Finance and Sales leadership	<li>Influence over commercial pricing strategy in a stable, well-established organization	<li>Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, retirement savings plan, and tuition assistance</ul> <br><strong>To be eligible for this role, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.</strong><br> <br><strong>Please note that we use AI tools as part of our recruitment process to enhance efficiency and improve candida- Location Guelph, ON
