This position offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in advancing their career in healthcare and pharmacy services. *Responsibilities* * Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently * Manage inventory by stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and placing orders for supplies * Provide excellent patient care by answering questions * Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, medication logs, and patient information in compliance with privacy regulations * Support administrative tasks such as billing, data entry, and processing insurance claims * Ensure the pharmacy environment adheres to safety standards and cleanliness protocols * Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and team members to facilitate seamless service delivery *Qualifications* * Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred * Experience as a pharmacy technician or in patient care roles is highly advantageous * Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient interactions * Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Certification or training related to pharmacy assistance or healthcare is a plus This role is vital in supporting pharmacist functions and ensuring patients receive accurate medications with compassionate care.
