Locally owned pharmacy looking for a Pharmacy Assistant for full time position. Desired candidate must have attention to detail, a true passion working with people and be a strong team player. Experience is not a requirement, as we are willing to train the right candidate. Job Responsibilities: * Assist the Pharmacist with the preparation, packaging and distribution of patient prescriptions * Maintain patient and drug information files * Ensure prescriptions are complete and accurate * Proficient with Kroll pharmacy software preferred * Experience with prescription processing and 3rd party adjudication * Inventory management * Non-sterile compounding * Provide excellent customer service * Excellent time management skills * Excellent problem solving skills * Team player a must * Other duties as assigned Regular work hours between 9am-5:30pm, no late evenings/shift work. Odd Saturdays (10am-2pm). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Work Location: In person- Location Belleville, ON
