*Job Summary* *Kai Contracting Group* is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well independently and as part of a team, and is committed to delivering exceptional results on every project. We are also willing to train the right candidate. *Responsibilities* * Perform residential and commercial carpentry work * Measure, cut, and install building materials according to specifications * Construct, repair, and install frameworks, walls, flooring, trim, doors, and other structures * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans * Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment * Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines *Requirements* * 3?5 years of carpentry experience preferred * Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and tools * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans * Excellent attention to detail and workmanship * Reliable transportation required * Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability * Valid driver's license is considered an asset *What We Offer* * Competitive pay based on experience * Steady, full-time work * Supportive team environment * Diverse residential and commercial projects *Apply Today* We are looking to hire as soon as possible.
