You will assess applications, support funding recommendations, administer program funds, and help ensure approved projects meet program requirements from start to finish.</span><br><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You will also support the administration of the legacy Social Housing Agreement, including operating subsidy calculations, social housing inspections, and compliance monitoring.</span><br><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">This work is well suited to someone who is organized, analytical, detail-focused, and comfortable working with financial information, program requirements, deadlines, and housing partners.</span><br><br></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Primary Accountabilities</b></H2></div><div><p><strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assess applications and support fun- Location Halifax, NSB3J 3K5
