Rodney Enterprises Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Millwork Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for installing custom commercial millwork on job sites, including cabinets, countertops, wall panels, reception desks, vanities, shelving, trims, and other architectural woodwork components.The ideal candidate has strong installation experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently or as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall commercial millwork, casework, countertops, panels, trims, and related componentsRead and interpret shop drawings, plans, and site measurementsComplete layouts, field measurements, scribing, cutting, fitting, and adjustments on siteEnsure installations are level, plumb, secure, and completed to a high-quality standardCoordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other tradesIdentify site issues or deficiencies and communicate them clearlyComplete deficiencies, touch-ups, and adjustments as requiredSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaRepresent the company professionally on job sitesFollow company safety policies and site-specific safety requirementsQualificationsPrevious experience installing commercial millwork or architectural caseworkAbility to read and understand shop drawings and construction plansStrong knowledge of cabinet installation, countertop installation, scribing, leveling, fastening, and finishing detailsComfortable working on active commercial construction sitesSkilled with hand tools, power tools, lasers, levels, saws, routers, drills, and other installation equipmentStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipAbility to work independently and problem-solve on siteReliable, organized, and able to meet project deadlinesValid driver's license requiredAbility to lift, carry, and move millwork materials as neededFall protection, WHMIS, first aid, or other safety certifications are considered an assetExperienceMinimum 3 to 5 years of commercial millwork installation experience preferredExperience with institutional, office, retail, healthcare, or education projects considered an assetWorking ConditionsWork is performed primarily on commercial construction sitesSome travel within Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada may be requiredOccasional overtime or schedule adjustments may be required to meet project deadlinesMust be able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, standing, and working with tools for extended periodsBenefitsHealth and dental insuranceGRRSP Matching programVacation and Holidays- Location Dartmouth, NS
