We?re looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team as an Office, Admin, and Showroom Assistant. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that offers *significant opportunities for professional growth* and development. If you are organized, adaptable, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect position for you. *Key Responsibilities* Your responsibilities will vary but may include the following: * *Customer Service*: Answer phone calls, greet customers in the showroom, and assist with inquiries. * *Administrative Support*: Provide assistance with day-to-day office tasks such invoicing, filing and data entry. * *Sales*: Assist with quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups. * *Shipping/Receiving: *Packaging, labeling, and coordinating shipments to customers and receiving orders from suppliers. * *Digital Marketing*: Collaborate on social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates. * *Showroom/Office Maintenance*: Ensure the showroom and office remain tidy, organized, and inviting for customers. * *Project Support*: Provide assistance with estimating and coordinating large-scale projects. *What We?re Looking For* * A proactive individual who is ready to take on a variety of tasks. * Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate various digital tools and systems effectively. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Great interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service. * Willingness to learn and grow with the company. * An interest in sales or marketing. * Drawing or drafting skills would be a bonus but not required. *Why Join Us?* This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of a growing business.
