We are looking for a motivated and organized *Store Supervisor* to support daily store operations and lead our sales team. As a Store Supervisor, you will perform all duties of a Sales Clerk while overseeing staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and participate in weekly management meetings. *Key Responsibilities* *Store Operations* * Manage day-to-day store operations * Organize and delegate daily duties to staff * Assist with product ordering and receiving orders * Handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service from all staff * Manage returns, breakage, and expired items * Ensure regular inventory counts are completed * Complete administrative tasks * Maintain adequate store and cleaning supplies * Ensure all monthly check-ups and assigned duties are completed * Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Store Manager *Staffing & Leadership* * Train staff and complete all required training tasks * Address employee performance or behavior issues * Report staff issues to the Store Manager when necessary * Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees * Assist with employee performance reviews *Qualifications* * Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to multitask and problem-solve * Customer-service focused with attention to detail * Reliable and organized Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount * Vision care Experience: * Liquor : 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) * Serv it Right Certificate (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Dawson Creek, BC
