We are a hands-on, bilingual agency that operates across North America and can get campaigns up and running in weeks, not months.* *We are currently looking for a driven and result-oriented Account Manager to play a pivotal role in championing client relationships, driving complex projects forward, and orchestrating unforgettable IRL experiences. If this sounds like you, let?s create some cool s\*\*t!* *Role Overview:* As an Account Manager, you?ll report to the Account Director and own the project management process, lead the project team, and ensure flawless on-site execution. You will foster strong, long-term relationships with our clients and seamlessly translate our clients? needs into actionable, results-driven strategies. *Scope & Responsibilities:* *Event Strategy & Planning:* * Plan, organize and execute experiential marketing events, such as product launches, pop-up shops, in-store demos, mobile tours, and brand activations. * Collaborate closely with the clients and team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and messaging that is aligned with client goals and resonates with their target audiences. * Stay well-informed on the trends in the experiential marketing industry. *Client Relationship Management:* * Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand, vision, and unique objectives. * Act as a key point of contact for clients. * Proactively identify opportunities for growth within client accounts and propose innovative solutions that drive value. *People Management:* * Manage and mentor a team of Coordinators and Associate Account Managers. * Foster a motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and efficiency. * Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support the team?s professional development. * Ensure your team is providing detailed performance feedback to the in-field teams. *Project Management:* * Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring campaigns are executed on-time and at the highest standard of quality. * Ensure the team has effectively coordinated and managed travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for project-related activities. *Business Development:* * Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by pitching new ideas, upselling additional opportunities, and proposing follow-up campaigns. * Support House of XM?s business development efforts by participating in pitches and presentations for potential clients. *Execution & Crisis Management:* * Conduct site checks and monitor the in-field team?s performance, ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. * Serve as the key player in crisis management, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution. * Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth event execution. *Performance Analysis & Reporting:* * Track and measure the success of experiential marketing campaigns through attendance, engagement, and/or return-on-investment, and provide insights to optimize future strategies. * Prepare and present detailed post-campaign reports to clients, highlighting key successes, learnings, recommendations for future events. *Administration:* * Complete and submit personal timesheets every week. * Complete personal expense reports and credit card reports every month. *Experience & Skills:* * 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager within an experiential marketing agency environment, preferably managing sampling activations.
