*Job Summary* We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to passengers. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to their destinations while ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience. *Duties* * Safely operate a taxi vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. * Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during the ride. * Manage time effectively to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. * Handle cash transactions accurately, providing change as necessary. * Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the taxi vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. * Navigate efficiently using GPS systems or maps to find the best routes. * Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding passenger requests and any changes in schedule. * Assist clients/guests with special needs. * Other related duties as required. *Schedule:* 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, variable shifts *Requirements* * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to operate in both Canada and the U.S * Proven experience in driving, preferably in a commercial driving capacity. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. * Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality and efficiency. * Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of fares collected. * Familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and traffic patterns is preferred. * Must pass background checks as required by local regulations.
