Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Determine staffing requirements. Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Plan and organize daily operations. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .
