*ABOUT US* Seeking a *Registered Clinical Counsellor* to join us at our unique healing centre. Please view our website at healingsalts.ca. Salt Wellness is an Integrative Health Spa and Wellness Centre, providing a unique blend of both conventional registered and holistic healing therapies including Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and TCM, Osteopathy, Counselling, Somatic Trauma Therapy, Active Rehab Therapy, Body Worker services as well as Floatation Therapy, Halo (Salt) Therapy, Detox Foot Bath and Infrared Sauna. *ABOUT YOU* We are looking for one practitioner preferably with a minimum of 1 year work experience, however a recent graduate would be considered, who is either interested in renting the massage/practitioner room full time or part time (alternating days with our other practitioners) or providing services on a certain day(s) as a sub-contractor. We provide direct billing for our customers to most insurers. *WHAT YOU GET* Should you choose to work as a subcontractor, you will be provided with a Salt Monthly Membership, allowing you to use a float, salt therapy, sauna or foot bath service free of charge each month. Wellness programs as needed can be negotiated. Salt will also provide all the administrative work for direct billing, practitioner related supplies, cleaning supplies, staff for appointment bookings and payment, marketing and social media, 100% tips, janitorial requirements and office expenses. You will also enjoy 20% off of practitioner services and products. Friends and family receive VIP pricing on float, salt, sauna and foot bath services. Pay is based on a 25/75 split or a negotiated rental contract should you prefer to run your own practice. Caps on company portion can also be negotiated so you can earn 100% from each appointment once the cap is fulfilled. Cap amount varies depending on part time or full time employment. Rent is up for discussion and dependent on the the days/times required. Part time rental is available including half days so email us for more information. We employ a warm and harmonious environment with friendly staff that look out for each other. Hoping to find someone to join our team in June or by July 1. Sooner may be an option. Day and time of availability is somewhat flexible, however ideally seeking to include one weekend day. This flex position is well suited for someone already working part time in another office or gradually transitioning back to work. If more hours are required, this can be discussed further. Any other additional health and wellness experience is an asset. Business Hours are: Monday: Closed (but with enough practitioners, could open this day), Tuesday to Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday-Sunday: 10 AM to 6 PM Please reply by email.
