Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Maintain records on inventory control system. Prepare and track work orders. Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies. Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials. Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area. Pack goods to be shipped. Maintain inventory of supplies. Order picking. Verify receipts and packing slips. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Basic. Equipment and machinery experience: Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts. Pallet lifters. Area of specialization: Shipping and receiving. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Standing for extended periods.
