Crave opened in September 2004 with a passion for baking. We bake today, the same way we started, from scratch each morning cracking every egg. The best part of our day is sharing our cupcakes, cakes, and cookies with our customers. We now have seven Crave locations; located in the cities of Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Kelowna. At Crave our Brand/Market/Grocery Demo Ambassador is responsible for representing our Crave brand at local markets and grocery stores. *Your Role and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:* *Market and Grocery Demo Ambassador* * Run engaging product markets and demos in grocery stores/retail and market locations * Set up and take down market tent, tables and baking as well as demo table and consumer packaged goods products * Confidently approach customers and start conversations * Communicate key product benefits, ingredients, and brand story * Convert demos into real sales through strong customer engagement * Track market and demo activity, sales feedback, and store updates * Submit short reports after each shift (photos + quick notes) * Communicate consistently with the marketing/Kelowna and sales team to support execution and growth *We are looking for someone who:* * Love cupcakes, cookies, cakes and Crave as much as we do * Takes pride in your work and work environment * Can provide a clean driver?s abstract * Possess an Android or iOS smartphone with data and calling capabilities * Is a team player, able to communicate and work co-operatively with Crave team members * Can work independently * Will care for our fragile product to ensure it is delivered in the same condition as when it leaves our bakery * Is able to problem solve and remain calm in stressful situations * Has a valid food safety handling permit * Is self-motivated, reliable and able to work and set priorities * Is physically capable of meeting the demands of standing, walking, bending and lifting 22 kgs This is an hourly position with a comprehensive benefits package.
