Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Perform general farm duties. Equipment and machinery experience: Fertilizer applicator. Tractor. Fruit harvester. Loader. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: To be determined. Overtime available. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers .
