Tasks: Oversee safety of operations. Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms. Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces. Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces. Provide customer service. Supervisory Experience. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders or other support structures. Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Plan and organize daily operations. Evaluate daily operations . Supervision: Working groups. Staff in various areas of responsibility. 16-20 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification. First Aid Certificate. Area of work experience: Equipment safety assessment. Cleaning experience: Windows. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads. Manual dexterity. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Repetitive tasks. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Client focus. Team player. Dependability. Reliability. Punctuality.
