The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces. * Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service. * Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations and guidelines. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, ensuring proper maintenance. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. * Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management. *Skills* * Previous Indian restaurant experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of food service operations. * Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. * Experience in serving food in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry. * Barista experience is a plus, contributing to versatility within the role. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this position.
