Repair and service streetcars and subway cars. Repair and rebuild hoisting mechanism and other mechanical systems on industrial trucks and forklifts. Repair locks. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Discuss work with supervisor. Adjust, repair or replace mechanical system parts. Adjust, repair or replace electrical system parts. Adjust locks. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Reliability. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
