*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal recovery and improve patient's quality of life. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans. * Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes. * Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and best practices through continuous professional development. *Skills* * Strong background in pediatrics and patient care tailored to diverse age groups. * Excellent knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. * Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients. * Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. * Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care. * Ability to adapt treatment strategies based on individual patient needs and progress.
