In this role, you'll support individuals recovering from car accidents, medical trauma, helping them regain mobility, function, and confidence in their daily lives.</span></p><p><span>You would be the ideal candidate if you have experience working with brain injuries, mental health, and/or chronic pain, enjoy collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, and are interested in working in an in-home or community setting.</span></p><p><br></p><p><b><strong>Requirements to Succeed: </strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Clinical experience in the private sector is an asset including areas within the MVA (motor vehicle accident) system, brain injury and rehabilitation</span></li><li><span>Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team</span></li><li><span>University/College Education in a related field is an asset</span></li><li><span>Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills</span></li><li><span>Proficient computer skills (i.e. ability to work in MS Word)</span></li><li><span>Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset</span></li><li><span>Valid Standard First Aid and CPR level C certification</span></li><li><span>Smartphone with a data plan</span></li><li><span>Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months)</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b><strong>Why Join Spark Lifecare?</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Competitive compensation:</strong></b><span> Here at Spark, our compensation is designed to be competitive and recognize each individual's unique skills and experience. </span></p><p><b><strong>Administrative support: </strong></b><span>While you focus on what you do best, you will have a full administrative team to assist in supporting paperwork, billing and other demands, so you can concentrate on client care.</span></p><p><b><strong>Flexible caseload and schedule:</strong></b><span> As an independent contractor, you'll have flexibility, autonomy to build up your own caseload around your schedule and timeline.
