We are seeking a talented and passionate cooks to work in our food truck located in Chelmsford, Ontario. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high paced environment while following your career path. Our food truck is operational 7 days a week with a gas griddle, deep fryers, Panini press and much more to make mouth watering dishes. *Duties* * Prepare and cook high-quality meals. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to food safety regulations. * Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings. * Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain stock. * Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently. *Requirements* * Proven experience in a similar role (ie. catering, restaurant, food truck) within the food industry. * Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. * Can-do attitude, self-starter is a must. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management We look forward to hearing from you!
