*Overview* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet / Business Administrator professional to join our team. PML Business Administrator supports the business and provides value to the organization by various tasks including, but not limited to, ISO, Quality Control, Uniform Program, Recruitment Support, Pre-Qualifications, Fleet Management. Effective communication and organization skills are critical and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds. Critical thinking and negotiation skills are used day-to-day in business transactions and interpersonal relations. *Responsibilities* * Job specific tasking when required of closing Work Orders, Urban Outback and/or Pipeline * Work with PM?s and keep the admin on track for their job/WO?s * Assist with completing job start-ups and do the initial set up in system. * Assist with Health and Safety Department in setting up software Training Manager * Manage updating the pipeline * Fleet / Asset Management / Fleet Complete / All Companies * Gases Field / Inventory Management * Uniform Program Management * Support when needed for Pre-Qualifications * Recruiting Support for grants and subsidies and government recruitment support * When I work (resource loading app) * Out of town work coordination/onboarding/out boarding when required * Website maintenance support for all companies * Project Invoice Management as per Project Manager Direction * Fund Finding and Application Writing * R&D Document Control * Marketing Support * Quality Assurance Implementation / ISO / Document Control * Server Document Control * Urban Outback Customer Service *Skills and Experience* * Industrial, Mining, Commercial familiarity * Excellent Sales and Inter-personnel skills * High level of drive, assertiveness, empathy and resilience * Organized and motivated self-starter. Works well with minimal direction * Can provide technical and administrative support * Able to read and interpret plans, specifications and contract documents * Excellent computer skills * Experience managing contracts and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * RRSP match Application question(s): * Are you available to work weekends and evenings as needed?
