This role includes a structured transition phase before assuming full operational responsibility.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>Key Responsibilities <br> <br>Strategic Leadership <br>? Define and drive the long-term operations vision <br>? Build an organization capable of supporting rapid growth <br>? Align operational capabilities with business objectives <br> <br>Operational Excellence <br>? Lead industrialization and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes <br>? Ensure strong coordination between R&D and production <br>? Implement robust performance standards <br> <br>Supply Chain <br>? Structure a high-performing global supply chain <br>? Manage strategic suppliers and complex negotiations <br>? Optimize logistics flows and downstream operations <br> <br>Performance & Profitability <br>? Optimize costs (materials, labor, overhead) <br>? Ensure end-to-end quality <br>? Track and manage operational KPIs <br> <br>Team Leadership : <br> <br>? Lead and structure operations teams <br>? Foster a culture of excellence and execution <br>? Act as the bridge between strategy and execution</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Experience & Expertise <br>? 3+ years in a senior operations leadership or management role <br>? 3+ years in an electronics manufacturing environment <br>? Experience in industrialization / NPI <br>? Strong supplier management and negotiation skills <br>? Experience with ERP systems / supply chain <br>? Solid Lean / continuous improvement expertise <br>Nice to Have <br>? Automated testing experience <br>? Manufacturing cost accounting <br>? Global supply chain exposure <br> <br>Languages <br>?
