*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and efficient Starbucks Barista that can also train as Breakfast Restaurant Server at Doubletree by Hilton Kitchen. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment, preparing and serving coffee, breakfast items, and other beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service or coffee industry settings, possess strong multitasking skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality service. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, breakfast items, and light food offerings with attention to quality and presentation * Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling * Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food safety and food handling standards * Manage multiple tables or orders simultaneously while ensuring timely service * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations * Restock supplies as needed and assist in food preparation when required * Uphold food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed * Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth daily operations *Skills* * Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge preferred * Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS * Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor * Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures * Experience in serving or food service roles in cafés or restaurants * Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members seamlessly * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team to deliver memorable breakfast experiences while working in a supportive environment that values quality service and teamwork.
