The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting Digital Engineering Operations by contributing to mobile app management activities and business analysis deliverables. This hybrid role is designed for candidates with 2?3 years of BSA or related experience who are looking to grow their analytical, technical, and Agile delivery skills.The Analyst will collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams to ensure mobile app processes run smoothly while supporting ongoing analysis and documentation work in an Agile environment.Is this role right for you? In this role you will: You'll spend part of your time on mobile app operations, and the rest helping the team with business analysis work. As you grow in the role, you'll gradually take on more analysis responsibilities.Mobile App Management Manage mobile applications within App Store Connect and Google Play Console, ensuring compliance with internal security, compliance and governance standards.Process and track user access requests for mobile app portals and maintain required audit documentation.Support mobile app release activities by coordinating with Engineering, QA, and Security teams to address blockers and questions.Assist in handling app-related assets such as provisioning profiles, certificates, API keys, identifiers, and push notification certificates.Contribute to continuous improvements of release operations, internal workflows, and documentation.Support audit activities and certificate/profile renewals as required. Business analysisAssist with requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document reviews. Identify requirement gaps and risks early to help maintain delivery timelines. Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other business analysis artifacts. Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily standups. Maintain and update Confluence pages, ensuring information accuracy and team alignment. Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
