Manage Portfolio Health reporting and complex analyses ? Guide the development of actuarial pricing solutions ? Collaborate with leadership to refine strategic goals ? Ensure a professional learning environment for colleagues ? Provide feedback and mentoring to support team success Requirements: ? Minimum of 5 years in the actuarial domain for P&C ? Relevant degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or actuarial science ? Deep knowledge of pricing theories and concepts ? Strong problem-solving capabilities ? ACAS/ACIA or FCAS/FCIA designations are beneficial Your leadership and analytical skills will vastly impact the efficacy of pricing strategies and foster innovation within the team.- Location Québec, QC
