Conduct safety orientations and training sessions ? Analyze incident data for proactive improvements ? Lead safety audits and compliance checks ? Mentor junior staff in safety protocols Requirements: ? Minimum 5+ years in a safety role within construction ? Proven background in high voltage utility projects ?
