We are dedicated to quality and innovation, and we are seeking a full-time draftsman/designer to enhance our team. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits after the probationary period. *Job Description:* As a draftsman/designer, you will play a crucial role in creating shop drawings, production drawings, estimating take offs and supporting the development of new products. The ideal candidate should possess at least 4 years of experience with AutoCAD (2D) and thrive in a dynamic, creative environment. Must have previous drafting experience in a similar business of construction design and fabrication. This position provides a hands-on opportunity to work on designing components and engaging with various manufacturing and business processes. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and maintain technical drawings and documents * Create detailed shop drawings * Create Production drawings. * Collaborate on new product development * Manage projects with a strong sense of ownership *Knowledge & Skills:* * Proficient in AutoCAD * Strong project management skills * Excellent communication and organizational abilities * Mechanical and technical aptitude * Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented * Ability to read architectural IFC drawings and understand construction/building processes *Benefits:* * Extended health care * Dental care * On-site parking *Job Type:* Full-time *Work Location:* In-person Join us at Precision Aluminum and contribute to a family-oriented team that values creativity and innovation!
