YouBou General Store is looking for an individual who are looking to grow within our company and become apart of the management team within the Royston Area We are looking for responsible and self-motivated leaders who enjoy a challenge! *Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* * Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations * Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store cashier regularly * Recruit, hire, and supervise staff * Implementing and enforcing established procedures * Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages * Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses * Ability to reconcile daily funds We look forward to hearing from you! Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: * Youbou, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Leadership: 1 year (required) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) * Serving It Right (required) * Food Safety Certification (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationYoubou, BC
