Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Receive payments from customers. Perform opening and closing activities. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Arrange for refunds and credits. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Personal suitability: Team player. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
