Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Establish work schedules. Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Provide information for maintenance plans to ensure that maintenance and production objectives are met. Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Set up machines and equipment. Label, file and retrieve documents. Knowledge of licensing regulations. Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Supervision: 3-4 people.
