*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating high-quality garments and textiles, ensuring that each piece meets our standards of excellence. Ideally, the applicant has experience with hats and headwear. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and creativity are essential. The Seamstress will be responsible for sewing, altering, and finishing hats, headwear, and other textiles while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. *Duties* * Pre-applying patches to hats and headwear * Sewing patches, ropes and other accessories onto hats * Fabricate hats according to specifications, patterns, and measurements. * Operate post- head sewing machines and other equipment to produce high-quality finished products. * Perform alterations and repairs on existing garments as needed. * Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all items meet company standards. * Maintain an organized work area, including proper storage of fabrics and tools. * Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. * Assist in inventory management within the warehouse, ensuring materials are stocked and readily available. * Preparing materials to ensure smooth production line. *Skills* * Proficiency in operating various sewing machines and tools. * Strong understanding of fabric types and their properties. * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship. * Ability to read and interpret patterns and technical specifications. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Good communication skills for collaboration with team members. * Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
