Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry. Medicine (MD). Work setting: Private practice. Various locations. Tasks: Diagnose diseases and physiological disorders. May conduct medical research on human disorders, illnesses, preventive or curative methods. Prescribe medication and treatment . Treat diseases and physiological disorders .
