More than just a job, we offer rewarding careers.Job Description / AccountabilitiesReporting to the Senior Vice President & Chief Claims Officer, the Vice President, Claims Operations, TD Insurance is responsible for leading a best-in-class Claims organization, including Auto, Residential, Small Business, Catastrophic events, and Claims Response Operations. The accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:Deliver on legendary customer and colleague experiencesManage incurred claims costs within the approved risk appetite to meet the business goals of TD Insurance (TDI)Continually improve the Claims target operating model, end-to-end processes, and internal control frameworks to help TDI achieve its strategic objectivesLead 1,000+ colleagues across the Auto, Residential, Small Business, Catastrophic Claims and Claims Response Operations teamsLead the Auto Center network and broader repair capacity opportunities to support client needsFoster positive and collaborative relationships with government and industry stakeholders to promote the business interests of TDIGrow talent, develop skills, and capabilities of respective teams to achieve career goals, support project/initiative success, and achieve business resultsAcquire, develop, and retain a diverse talent base with the capabilities needed to achieve strategic objectivesWork closely with key business leaders, including Vendor Management and Claims Journey leadership, to develop strategic business plans, ensuring the optimal use of resources and leverage TD's operating model to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and scaleExecute on the annual business plan to deliver results aligned with business strategiesProtect the interests of the organization ? identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk transactions/activities as necessarySet operational team direction and collaborate with others to execute on common goalsQualifications & ExperienceUndergraduate degree required; Post Graduate degre- LocationToronto, ON
