Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Pick up passengers and drive them to destinations. Assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles. Take vehicle for servicing. Collect fare. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Record transactions. Provide basic tourist information. Provide pick up and delivery services on request. Attend to complaints or difficult passengers. Operate dispatch systems. Drive employers (including family members) to and from destination.
