Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Balance cash and record sales. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Supervise other servers and bussing staff. Schedule staff. Train staff. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Provide customer service. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Serving It Right Certificate.
